0.9 Company refund policy

Please note we can not make a refund in the following conditions:

No refund will be given if high latency is from users' side.

No refund will be given if service can not work due to users' hardware issue or setup problem.

No refund will be given if problem is not caused by the product itself.

You can still submit a refund request through ticket system, it will be processed by sales department.

After the application is approved, the refund will be proceed by the finance department within one week.

We will refund credits to your member's account.
